Following the successful completion of the scheme in Coventry, Junction 4 Pallets engaged us to carry out the redevelopment of their headquarters in Doncaster. The scope of this project was extensive, involving the demolition of existing steel frame structures to make way for the new developments. We also expanded the yard space by concreting additional areas to increase operational efficiency.

A key element of the project was the formation of a high containment, kerbed HGV access route, designed to support heavy-duty vehicle traffic while maintaining safety and security. We also installed secure gates and fencing to enhance site security. Furthermore, we constructed and tarmacked a 350-meter-long entrance way, ensuring smooth access to the site, which serves as the main distribution hub for Junction 4 Pallets.

Throughout this project, we utilized modern, well-maintained equipment to ensure the work was completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Our experienced project management team played a crucial role, ensuring the works were carried out seamlessly and on schedule. We carefully coordinated each phase of the project to minimize disruption to the ongoing operations at the distribution hub, ensuring Junction 4 Pallets had continuous, uninterrupted use of their entrance.

By maintaining clear communication with the client and efficiently managing resources and timelines, we successfully completed the redevelopment with minimal impact on the day-to-day operations of the business. This project demonstrates our ability to deliver complex infrastructure improvements while ensuring the smooth continuity of client operations.
