This project, which began in September 2022, was a comprehensive turnkey solution for a new industrial storage steel frame building. OJP Contracts was responsible for every aspect of the build, ensuring a seamless delivery from start to finish. Our team managed site enabling, groundworks, the erection of the steel frame, and the installation of concrete works, handling each phase with the utmost attention to detail and quality.

The project was successfully completed and achieved Practical Completion (PC) in February. The client was highly satisfied with our work, and as a result, they are now looking to engage us for the construction of their next facility.
